Article Withdrawal Policy

The GIHSM Journal of Contemporary Research (GJOCR) values the time and effort invested by our editorial team, reviewers, and publication staff during the processing of each manuscript. Therefore, authors are strongly discouraged from withdrawing their manuscripts once they have been accepted for publication.

Before Acceptance Authors may withdraw their submission at any stage prior to acceptance without incurring any charges.

After Acceptance  If an author requests withdrawal of an article after it has been accepted, a withdrawal fee may apply to cover the editorial and administrative work already undertaken during the review and acceptance process.

Withdrawal requests must be sent officially via email to editor@gjocr.in with a clear justification for the withdrawal. Articles will only be considered withdrawn once any applicable withdrawal fee (if charged) has been received and acknowledged by the journal.

This policy ensures fairness to the journal team and maintains the integrity of the publication process.
